About · Houston, TX

Operator turned builder.

Harrison Foundry is run by Charlie Harrison from Houston — a finance and operations veteran building real software to run real businesses, from line-of-business tools to FP&A and operating models.

Charlie Harrison

I'm Charlie. I've spent years doing FP&A, financial modeling, and systems work across a pretty wide range of businesses — three- statement and operating models, budgets and forecasts, sales and KPI dashboards, inventory forecasting, employee compensation and incentive plans, and unit-economics work (including a route optimization model for a trash company that priced fuel and disposal costs into every stop).

Alongside that I've worked on both sides of the table on private company transactions — buy-side and sell-side support for owners and acquirers — and spent time inside private equity on transaction support and systems integration across multiple ERPs. The common thread: the numbers have to hold up under scrutiny and the systems have to keep running on Monday morning.

Harrison Foundry is what came next: that operator experience, paired with rapid development and a network of technical partners. Operator instincts decide what to build and what "good" looks like; modern tools take us from spreadsheet to working software in days; technical partners make sure what we ship is scalable, secure, and marketable — not just a clever demo.

We work with business owners and privately backed companies who want to move fast and innovate.

We're a plucky, can-do shop out of Houston. Polished where it counts, never pretentious, and excited to take on challenges. Outside the Foundry I produce records and play in a band — those live on the other projects page and run as their own thing.
